    Using myocardial perfusion and metabolism imaging technique can reflect the physiological and pathological processes of the heart effectively. So far, PET imaging has been the only method that can accurately determine myocardial viability. Clinically, PET is the “golden standard” to assess myocardial viability, prognosis and curative effect. Cerebral vascular imaging can effectively reflect the glucose metabolism of ischemic brain tissue. In acute cerebral infarction, PET can display the infarction area quickly, measure regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) quantitatively, and obtain the parameters of metabolism.
